Our Return & Refund Policy

At Giftsly, every product is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Wrong size selected
  • Wrong color selected
  • Change of mind

We kindly ask that you review our size chart carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, we will make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@giftsly.de with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We will send you a free replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method — no return shipment required.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with wrong size or color (customer selection)
  • Worn, washed, or damaged items (by customer)
  • Sale items and gift cards
