What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Since every item is printed on demand, we begin production quickly. Please contact us at support@giftsly.de as soon as possible — we'll do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once production has started.

What is the Buy 1 Get 1 Free promotion?
Our current promotion gives you a free T-shirt with every order — Buy 1 Get 1, Buy 2 Get 2, and so on. The offer is applied automatically at checkout. Limited time only.


🚚 Shipping

How long does production take?
Every tee is printed just for you. Standard items take 1–3 business days to produce. Personalized items may take 3–5 business days.

How long does delivery take?
🇺🇸 United States: 5–9 business days after production.
🌍 International: 7–21 business days after production.
Delivery may take longer during peak seasons (holidays, Mother's Day, etc.).

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all US orders over $119. Rates for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply.

Can I return or exchange my order?
Because every product is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color, or change of mind. Please review our size chart carefully before ordering.

What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We'll make it right! Contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@giftsly.de with your order number and a clear photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — no return shipment needed.

How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a size chart. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing to the chart before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selections.

Will colors look exactly like the photos?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings. We do our best to represent products accurately.

Are your products printed on demand?
Yes — every item is printed specifically for you after you place your order. This means less waste and a product made just for you.
